GSoft and TDS announce merge and launch GOInside company
It is with great pleasure that we announce to merge GSoft and TDS, two leading companies in providing solutions to media sector in Portugal and Brazil. The merger between companies will originate a new company – GOInside Media Business Solutions. A new company with more than 500 clients, presence in international markets, having a complete suite of products to media industry and a highly qualified team.
GOInside will have a broader solutions’ offer and a larger and more qualified team that will leverage skills and capability to meet clients’ needs. It will be a real turning point at GSoft and TDS positioning on the markets that already operate and on further markets.
We want to be the agents of a new paradigm, providing solutions for media industry, a sector in constant transformation which demands more and more intelligent and convergent solutions. Our union will bring a portfolio of services, solutions and unique competences to the market, performed by teams which stamp knowledge, credibility, quality, creativity and commitment on the services that provide. All together will make the difference on our clients and further ones.
In order to reinforce the strategy on innovative solutions, we create GOInside Lab. A new approach of media solutions development which provides a cross media solution prepared to be consumed on the Cloud and using artificial intelligence concepts.
