In order to handle the fast growing volume of digital contents acquired and generated by the company, the Portuguese air transport company was looking for a solution that would centrally manage the company’s digital content, optimize work processes and increase the capacity to interact with content producers and subscribers.
The centralization of contents at a single platform was the starting point for the selection of the solution, whose purpose remained on gathering all the contents produced by the company and receive the contents acquired from several sources. Understanding different internal and external uses, the solution should be also available at an editing stage and on providing contents on different publishing platforms (tv, web, mobile, among others).
GMediaVault was selected and the implementation allowed to follow-up all the phases of the process, from the moment of contents’ acquisition, production and distribution, as well as in the archive of the same.
The implementation of the project took place in less than 4 weeks and was completed in January 2018.
